HIIT Class

High intensity training - every Tuesday & Friday

Our HIIT class has become a very popular getaway from the laptop with 30-40 minutes of high intensity training.

Tuesdays are for everybody and usually with 30 seconds training / 30 seconds rest for 10 exercises in 3 rounds total. Fridays are pure evil with less rest per exercise!

For members and non members


Anyone can join. Every Tuesday and Friday afternoon.
